Well4Life® Physio Assist™
Well4Life® Physio Assist™ provides access for all employees in a participating organisation to a website that provides clinical information on injuries affecting all body regions. Advice and information on different types of injury, about pain management and rehabilitation exercises is provided.
Where an employee requires additional support, telephone assistance, advice from a clinician (via bookable telephone appointments) and access to virtual rehabilitation is available.
Well4Life® Triage Care™
Well4Life® Triage Care™ is a fast track clinical package where the injured party initially speaks to a qualified JUST KINETICS® clinician. It is a low cost product that provides the essential early intervention care with prognosis, instant support and treatment recommendations, enabling the patient to recover quicker and for claims to be kept to a minimum.
Well4Life® Physio Care™
Well4Life® Physio Care™ is a method of accessing treatment at a fixed up-front per capita cost. It is a unique low-cost high-value product. At a per capita cost, of for example R100 per employee, all employees gain access to musculoskeletal treatment on an annual basis.
The per capita cost for each client is calculated based on number of employees and the incident/accident rate. The product can be adapted to a client’s requirements (for example, it can be tailored to provide up to say four or six incidents per annum; to provide up to say four or eight sessions of treatment; to only be triggered on absence from work, or from third day of absence; it can be occupational only or 24/7 cover).
Well4Life® Corporate Care™
Well4Life® Corporate Care™ provides a facility for a corporate employer to set a budget or allocate a “spend” to be used on rehabilitation services. JUST KINETICS® utilise this allocation of funds to manage the absence of employees and provide appropriate clinical treatment as required.
The fund can be set for work related, non-work related, or both types of MSK absence. JUST KINETICS® manages the treatment of the employees within set KPI’s (for example average cost per case, or average number of treatments) in order to reduce absence from work, whilst being mindful of the client’s budget.
