JUST KINETICS® provide bespoke injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions for insurers and third party administrators and we are proud to work with the majority of the major insurance groups in the SA.
Our products and services are designed to reduce the duration and cost of claims, in addition to providing individual rehabilitation in the clinically shortest and safest time possible.
We offer two types of services to insurers, these are:
Claims Mitigation Rehabilitation
This service is designed to prevent claims from occurring, mitigate risks and reduce costs. This is a unique service offered by JUST KINETICS® to insurers, legal and corporate clients and has been proven to be exceptionally successful in reducing claims.
Claims Handling Services
JUST KINETICS® has a range of services to assist the claims handling process for insurers and third party administrators. These services are designed to reduce the cost and length of a claim.

JUST KINETICS® have 4 products available to compliment your business and serve your clients.
Well4Life® Assist
Access for all employees to a website with clinical information on injuries affecting all body regions (advice on the injury and about pain management and also exercise information).
Where an employee requires additional support - telephone assistance and advice from a clinician with book-able telephone appointments (and confirmation of booking with text messaging) and access to Well4Life® Virtual Rehabilitation.
Well4Life® Corporate Care
This product provides a facility for a corporate organisation/employer to set a budget or allocate a “spend” to be used on rehabilitation. JUST KINETICS® then utilise this allocation of funds to manage the absence of employees and provide appropriate clinical treatment as required.
The fund could be set for work related, non-work related, or both types of MSK absence. JUST KINETICS® would manage the treatment of the employees within set KPI’s (for example average cost per case or average number of treatments) in order to reduce absence from work whilst being mindful of the client’s budget.
Well4Life® Triage Care
Is a fast track clinical service where the injured party speaks to a qualified JUST KINETICS® clinician following an injury/condition. The clinician makes a recommendation to either the employer or the insurer for the treatment required to rehabilitate the individual. It acts as a fast response to incidents occurring at work and enables the employer to provide treatment before a claim is considered or made.
Well4Life® TriageCare™ is a low cost product that provides early intervention, prognosis, instant support and treatment recommendations which enable the employee to begin their rehabilitation.
Well4Life® PhysioCare™
Well4Life® PhysioCare™ is a method of accessing rehabilitation at a fixed low up-front cost. It enables fast access to JUST KINETICS® for treatment at no additional cost.
Typically Well4Life® PhysioCare™ provides a clinical triage call to determine the injury requirements, clinical support, a face-to-face assessment with a physiotherapist (if clinically required), and up to 4 treatment sessions. There are no hidden extra costs, no admin costs, no excess costs and there is no requirement for Private Medical Insurance. In addition there is no requirement for a GP referral.
This product can be bought by:
- The individual
- A business or its employees
- An association of members
- An insurer for its customers
- A sporting organisation for its team members
